In consultation, I may accept, adjust, or decline requests based on technical feasibility, available resources, project scope limits, and current workload. (includes the Custom PCB and 3D Modelling)
This service is strictly focused on prototype development. I do not provide thesis writing support, defense questionnaire answers, or full academic documentation.
Basic technical explanations related to the project may be provided only when explicitly agreed as part of the consultation.
The client must provide correct and complete information. Any issues caused by incorrect details are not my responsibility.
An initial upfront payment is required before starting (₱175). Work will officially proceed only after this payment is made, serving as confirmation of your intent to utilize my services. (Transfer Fee should be shouldered by the client.)
For PCB and 3D Prints, Payment first before service.
For PCB pricing. I do not have or any control of the pricing as its on USD ($Dollar) currency and the pricing might change due to currency exchange.
Some payments are non-refundable, such as:
Limited revisions only (to be discussed). Extra changes beyond that may require additional payment (₱100).
Please respect the time needed to complete the work. Delays caused by late client responses will extend the timeline.
I am not responsible for delays, defects, or issues caused by third-party services (e.g., PCB manufacturers, shipping, suppliers).
Raw project files (schematics, PCB, CAD, 3D models) are not included. Only final or export files will be provided.
Arduino ino file will also be provided if included.
Codes will not be released until all remaining payments are paid.
There is a 3-day window after delivery for reporting issues or questions regarding the prototype. After this period, the project is considered accepted and closed.
If the client cancels after work have started, payments are non-refundable depending on progress.
